Instruction on how to charge your account


You can purchase Z.Mobile refilling cards to any our selling points and our authorized distributors throughout the territory of Republic of Kosovo.
Refilling cards has a hidden number underneath of the scratching panel which allows you to recharge your account.
To charge your account, first of scratch the hidden numbers in the scratching card then write the numbers as follow:

*103* revealed number # and press call button.

After the recharging, you will receive a confirmation that your account is charged with success by showing you the current balance along with bonuses earned.
Other way of charging your account is through calling the operator at this number
